Effective Jan. 1, 2019, PTC will be making important changes to our license and support agreements for our customers.

  • PTC will no longer allow the reactivation of expired perpetual licenses for customers who are not on active support. After this date, customers whose support services agreement are expired and wish to obtain support services will be required to convert their perpetual licenses to subscription through a conversion offer.
  • Customers will have a 15-day grace period after their support services agreement has expired to renew.
  • Customers who are between 16+ days late in renewing their support services agreement are required to purchase a subscription to receive product updates and support. For a limited time, customers can convert their perpetual licenses to subscription through a conversion offer.
